Please select an application from the list below. Use the general application for all properties EXCEPT Canal House, Fred Bell Way, and Harbor Hill.
When your application is received, it will go into a pending file to be reviewed. Once it is reviewed, you will get a letter indicating your eligibility status and whether you’ve been added to the waitlist.

The first month’s rent and one-month security are required.
